Located within the City limits, Ventana Ranch West enjoys all City services including sewer and refuse pickup. Water is provided by NM Utilities. Gas and electric power are provided by the Public Service Company of NM (PNM).

Albuquerque’s newest regional shopping center, Cottonwood Mall, located only minutes away, offers the state’s largest variety of shopping and entertainment facilities. Area stores range from small boutiques to large, discount chains plus an abundance of restaurants and a multi screen movie theater. Several health care providers, plus St. Joseph’s Hospital, are also within a short distance.

Albuquerque’s newest Technical Vocational Institute (TVI), offering a full range of associate level courses, is located on their new campus just northeast of Ventana Ranch West, less than 5 minutes away!

Our northwest quadrant, especially this area, has seen more growth and new services than any other sector in the Albuquerque Metropolitan area. With the advent of hundreds of new homes, new schools, shopping and recreational areas comes additional services including business and industry. Eclipse Aviation, a highly technical jet aircraft manufacturing company, has chosen Double Eagle Airport, a few miles west of Ventana Ranch West, as their future home. We welcome Eclipse Aviation and other businesses to the area.
